As an avid traveler, my journey as a Licensed Massage Therapist began in Thailand, where I became certified in Thai Massage, Foot Reflexology, Swedish, and Deep Tissue techniques. I spent the following year applying these skills while working as a surf guide in the Maldives and Nicaragua, supporting surfers and yogis in their recovery, mobility, and overall well-being. Through these experiences, I came to understand that mastering the art of massage is driven by a deep curiosity and commitment—one that must be continually nurtured through education and hands-on practice. This realization led me to the Sage School of Massage, where I further refined my skills in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, and Hydrotherapy.
After graduating from Sage School of Massage in October 2017, I was fortunate to step directly into the massage field in Bend. As a medical massage therapist, I use targeted massage techniques, corrective exercises, and stretching to help clients improve range of motion, recover from injury, strengthen muscles, and restore functional movement. As a spa therapist, I also support healing through gentler modalities and restorative treatments. My background includes a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, which allows me to integrate knowledge of postures, safe alignment, yoga philosophy, breathwork, and meditation into each session. In addition, I have completed 48 course hours in Bioregional Herbalism, including Materia Medica, Botany and Plant Identification, Wildcrafting, and Medicine-Making—deepening my holistic understanding of the body and its relationship to the natural world. As a former instructor at Sage, I was honored to share this passion and knowledge with the next generation of therapists. I am also a licensed esthetician and enjoy offering an expanded range of services to support whole-body wellness.
I am grateful to be part of such a thriving community and look forward to supporting you on your wellness journey.
